Golden Net Myanmar Mobile Application

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Golden Net Myanmar (“Golden Net MM”) mobile application operated by Green Emperor Group Co., Ltd. By creating an account, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the App.
2. Eligibility
Users must have an active Golden Net Myanmar customer account or otherwise be authorized to use the App. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to use the App as our services require a minimum age of 18.
3. App Services
The App may allow users to:
- View subscription details;
- Review invoices and billing history;
- Make payments for subscribed services;
- Update selected account information;
- Submit support requests;
- Receive notifications regarding services.
Green Emperor Group Co., Ltd. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue App features without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
4. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information;
- Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials;
- Notify Golden Net Myanmar immediately of unauthorized account access;
- Use the App only for lawful purposes;
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Users shall be responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts.
5. Payments
Users are responsible for paying all applicable charges associated with subscribed services. Payments processed through the App are subject to the terms of relevant payment service providers. Failure to make timely payments may result in service restrictions, suspension, or termination in accordance with the applicable service agreement.
6. Account Suspension and Termination
Green Emperor Group Co., Ltd. may suspend or terminate access to the App where:
- Fraudulent activity is suspected;
- These Terms have been violated;
- Required payments remain outstanding;
- Continued access poses a security risk.
Termination of App access does not automatically terminate any underlying internet service agreement unless separately approved.
7. Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including trademarks, logos, software, graphics, text, and designs, is the property of Green Emperor Group Co., Ltd. or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any portion of the App without prior written consent.
8. Prohibited Conduct
Users shall not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
- Interfere with the operation or security of the App;
- Introduce malicious software or harmful code;
- Use the App for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes;
- Impersonate another individual or entity.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. While Green Emperor Group Co., Ltd. pursuits to maintain reliable service, we do not guarantee that the App will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Green Emperor Group Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Green Emperor Group Co., Ltd., its directors, employees, affiliates, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from violations of these Terms or misuse of the App.
12. Changes to the Terms
Green Emperor Group Co., Ltd. may revise these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be published within the App or through other official channels. Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Myanmar.
